These General Booking Conditions govern the contracting of tourist accommodation services offered on the website anticapacios.com, owned by COMPAÑÍA EMPRESARIAL PACIOS SL, with CIF B27257013 and registered address at C/ Benigno Quiroga, 90 – 27600 SARRIA (Lugo).
The formalization of a booking through this website implies the express, full, and unreserved acceptance by the client of each and every one of the conditions set forth herein.
Check-in: Rooms will be available from 14:00 hours on the day of arrival.
Check-out: Rooms must be vacated before 12:00 hours on the day of departure.
We understand that plans can change. Therefore, we provide our clients with two types of rates with specific conditions:
Free cancellation: If you cancel or modify your booking before 12:00 noon, 3 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Late cancellation or No-Show: Cancellations or modifications made after this established deadline, or in the event of failure to show up at the hotel (no-show), will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount.

By choosing this rate, the client benefits from a reduced price. Please note that this booking is firm and final:
No cancellations or refunds: In the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show, no refund will be issued, regardless of how far in advance the notice is given.
Immediate charge: The total amount of the stay will be charged immediately through the establishment’s virtual POS at the time the booking is confirmed.
It is recommended that our clients take out travel insurance to cover potential unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.
For bookings with a Flexible Rate, valid credit or debit card details will be requested as a guarantee for compliance with the reservation. No advance charge will be made, and the full payment for the stay will be completed directly at the hotel upon arrival or departure, unless the conditions of the MisterPlan platform state otherwise.
The establishment reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card prior to the client’s arrival.
To guarantee an atmosphere of maximum rest, silence, and comfort, the establishment applies the following accommodation conditions:
Minimum age: Antica Pacios is an exclusive rest establishment for guests over 12 years old. Children under this age are not accepted.
Extra beds: There are no extra beds or cribs available at the establishment. The maximum occupancy per room is strictly that which has been contracted and reflected in the booking voucher.
Pets: In order to guarantee hygiene and tranquility for all guests, pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
Limited maximum occupancy: Accommodation for a number of people exceeding the authorized and reserved capacity for the room is strictly prohibited. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry or evict the room if this rule is violated.
100% smoke-free space: In compliance with current regulations, smoking is completely prohibited in all rooms, common areas, and interiors of the hotel. Failure to comply with this rule will entitle the establishment to apply an extra charge for special cleaning, auditing, and penalty fees.
Liability for damages: The client is liable for any damage, breakage, loss, or defect caused by misuse of the hotel’s furniture, textiles, or facilities (both in their room and in common areas). The client expressly authorizes COMPAÑÍA EMPRESARIAL PACIOS SL to charge the credit card provided as a guarantee for the amount corresponding to the repair or replacement of said damages, as well as any amounts accrued for unpaid services at the end of the stay.
In accordance with Organic Law 4/2015 on the Protection of Citizen Security and Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests over 14 years of age are required to identify themselves using a valid official document (ID card or Passport) to complete and sign the corresponding traveler entry form. Refusal to sign this document exempts the hotel from its obligation to provide accommodation, and will be considered a cancellation due to causes attributable to the client.
These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. For any dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, execution, or resolution of these conditions, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals determined by current consumer and user regulations.
